We provide a free 30-minute consultation to find out about your business and see if we would be a good fit.	Okie Accounting Group provides all services virtually. All information is shared electronically and accounting records are maintained in a cloud-based accounting system.
Client information is protected by limiting access, vetting employees, securing client information received electronically and by paper, and ensuring security updates have been completed. On our computers, we utilize a virtual private network (VPN), secured wifi and network protocols, and run regular back ups. Okie Accounting also stores client data in the cloud with enhanced security features to protect it a breach in security.	Bookkeeping clients have 24/7 access to their accounting system and are provided a financial dashboard which is customizable for their business needs. Sales, accounts receivable balances, and cash in the bank can be viewed in real time.
At Okie Accounting, we utilize new apps, stay on top of accounting trends, focus on educational opportunities, and deepen our knowledge base and skill sets.	We are available to our clients during normal business hours and guarantee to respond to inquiries within 24 hours. Client communication is done in combination with phone, email, Slack and Zoom.
